Are you an entrepreneur with the next big idea to tackle food poverty?

The Good Kitchen is here to fund innovative ideas that contribute towards building a fairer and more sustainable food system, and that can demonstrate a commitment to increasing their social impact. Successful applicants to our accelerator programme also benefit from being part of a community of like-minded enterprises.

What we offer

We provide funding up to €75,000 to early stage organisations. The funding is offered as patient capital; a form of debt with very low interest rates and long repayment schedules. The distribution of funds will be tied to specific milestones outlined in your business plan. The will be agreed during the business training, in collaboration with your mentors.

Business Support

You know what support you need best. At The Good Kitchen, we won’t be prescribing business training sessions that you do not need (or want). Instead, we'll build a personalised programme of business training and support in partnership with you, making your journey with The Good Kitchen as relevant and useful to you as possible.

Access to Market

We believe that well-matched mentors play a crucial part in assisting an entrepreneur's development. We will match you up with mentors that are highly experienced and well connected in your sector. They will be your port of call when you need market-specific advice, introductions made, or just someone to bounce ideas off of.

Through The Good Kitchen, Mimica has been assigned a very experienced mentor who knows the food industry inside out and learning about the dynamics of the types of companies we want to work with has been very useful. The Good Kitchen bootcamp is tailored to impact-focused food companies and so all the workshops gave tangible and relevant content and advice that is very actionable
